 A Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) or Functional Assessment (FA) helps identify the reasons behind challenging behaviors by looking at patterns, triggers, and outcomes. Our BCBAs gather information through observation, data collection, and interviews with caregivers and staff. The goal is to develop a practical, individualized plan that teaches positive skills and reduces problem behavior. We work closely with families and schools to ensure supports are effective, compassionate, and evidence-based.

 Compassionate, individualized sessions that build trust and teach meaningful life skills through play, choice, and connection.  We focus on teaching skills related to emotional regulation and school readiness skills. 

Caregiver training is a key part of effective ABA services. We work directly with families to teach strategies that promote positive behavior, build communication skills, and reduce challenging behavior at home and in the community. Training sessions are individualized to your child’s needs and may include live coaching, modeling, role play, and problem-solving. Our goal is to empower caregivers with tools that are practical, compassionate, and easy to use in daily routines 

  We provide behavioral support across community settings, including schools, homes, daycares, and other environments where support is needed. Our team collaborates with teachers, caregivers, and support staff to create consistent, effective strategies that promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Services may include in-class coaching, behavior plan development, staff training, and ongoing consultation. Every plan is individualized to the setting and the learner’s unique needs, ensuring support that is practical, respectful, and evidence-based.
