Our Story
We started Compassionate Behavioral Consulting with a simple goal in mind: to create an ABA company that is rooted in emphatic and quality care. Focusing on Skill Based Treatment, Compassionate Behavior Consulting LLC helps every individual they serve to reach their full potential.
Our Focus
At Compassionate Behavior Consulting we believe in providing emphatic and quality services for individuals across the lifespan. Our mission is to empower individuals by teaching essential skills for living and working in the community, while also training professionals to foster self-regulation in clients and advocate for the unique needs of each person.

Our Staff
Kristina Friedrich, M.Ed, BCBA,LBA ,CTP
Kristina is the founder and owner of Compassionate Behavioral Solutions, LLC . Kristina is a Board Certified and MO Licensed Behavior Analyst and a Certified Trauma Professional with training in trauma and teaching emotional regulation. Kristina has worked in a variety of settings including schools, in parent training, providing community supports, and adult services. She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals from toddler to adult with autism, developmental disabilities, and emotional disorders/ concerns. Kristina is particularly passionate about teaching skills to self regulate!
In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her two boys and all the mischief they provide!
